This means you can provide all of the benefits to employees that a regular international HR department does, but where the employers (e.g. Pendragon Global) are hired and directed by the client (e.g. you) but the workforce are officially employed by Pendragon PEO as the ’employer of record’.

Pendragon’s single employer PEO solution is a client focused service. Your business contracts with us to outsource the employment of your employees. From here, we handle ID & Right to Work checks, employment contracts, guarantee to ensure you never pay less than the national minimum wage, workplace pension auto enrolment, statutory deductions full HR, and Payroll management.
You may think this sounds similar to the umbrella model. We offer a complete and bespoke solution which means there are no fees to employees as our clients cover employment costs and our service fee. In return we’ll provide valuable expertise and dedicated support.
For SMEs we also offer additional services like consultancy, that are typically provided by specialist consultants. Offering a cost-effective, and compliant service.
This solution is not to be confused with an umbrella company, used by contractors and employment businesses.
