Janet has built an exceptional career spanning over three decades in the recruitment and labour market employment sector. Her journey, marked by entrepreneurship, innovation, and expertise, reflects her commitment to transforming businesses and empowering organisations worldwide.

Janet’s career began in publishing sales before transitioning into recruitment, where she quickly established herself as a leader. She gained experience with major staffing firms, including Adecco, Manpower, Impellam, and G4S. Later, she founded her own recruitment group in the City of London, combining strategic foresight with relentless determination to create a thriving enterprise. Her business earned a stellar reputation for high standards, expert knowledge, and exceptional service, ultimately being acquired by a major corporate recruitment group—a testament to her ability to build and scale a valuable organisation.

In 2018, Janet founded Pendragon, a UK-based employment and compliance consulting firm. Her vision was to innovate the outsourced employment sector by combining expertise in employment status determination, HR, payroll, and tax compliance to deliver ethical and effective workforce solutions. Pendragon was built to support businesses committed to “doing the right thing,” offering expert guidance and robust compliance frameworks to help clients navigate complex payroll, tax, and employment regulations while mitigating risks.

Under Janet’s leadership, Pendragon quickly gained recognition as a trusted partner known for its integrity and technical expertise. The firm’s reputation grew even further during the COVID-19 pandemic, as Janet demonstrated resilience and adaptability. By 2021, Pendragon had expanded globally, providing Employer of Record (EOR), compliance, and international payment services for freelancers and contractors in over 150 countries. This evolution highlights Janet’s ability to anticipate market needs and deliver scalable solutions that address the challenges of managing an international workforce.

Pendragon now serves both UK-based and multinational organisations, offering top-tier workforce solutions that simplify complex employment processes.
